How long before I’ll be connected to the Internet?
Our Wireless Internet Connections are usually Installed and activaated in a day or two.
New Fibre Internet connections’ Installation and activation depend on the network and availability of our upstream Fibre Service Providers. On average it takes between 2 to 4 weeks.
If a Fibre ONT is already installed onsite, it can be activated in a matter of days.
Do you have Internet coverage in my area?
Our Network covers more than 95% of our coverage areas which include Emalahleni, Secunda, Trichardt. Sundra and Hendrina (Mpumalanga) coming soon.
